There's only one thing that really exist. Everything else is an appearance of individuality within that one thing. You may hear some Guru's express it as "There is no duality". Everything is made from the one thing and connected. What we're experiencing is projected information under laws and rules in place to make it work. Once the information is projected, we deal with it like it is. You have to take a plane or a boat to see people in Ethiopia. But, you can go inside through meditation and deal with the information on another level. On a level before it's hardfast projected. They actually teach how to do such things in the Rosicrucian Order, how to contact people without using the phone and such, send messages, see what's happening where you are not at, in a sense, but really, you're everywhere. The people who tap into their reality behind the perception have incredible advantages over others. I know exactly what you're saying when you say it's hard to explain to others, because in all actuality, there are no others and any talking that you seem to be doing, you're talking to yourself. The Mind that created this mechanism is simple, but the mechanism has evolved over an eon and it's very complicated to unravel. "KNOW THYSELF" is not a quick two words.

I'm learning my true self and all the things I am capable of doing. I find it very difficult to express myself in a way that others can understand, but I don't concern myself with that as much any more. I wanted to talk about communicating across the world without artificial means like the internet or telephone. . I have some friends who at the time were living in Ethiopia. How we met is strange ,so I won't get into that, but one day we were on the phone talking and I asked when would I get to meet them in person. One of the leaders said, right now. He then went on to ask me to hang up the phone, go to a quiet spot and begin to meditate, but to repeat a sound/chant he was saying. So, I did what was instructed, I can't say how long i was meditating before in my minds eye a group of people appeared, standing in front of a white building waving. After this experience ,I called them on the phone and told them what happened. They laughed and said, yep. Now we have met in person.
