I am literally blown away. I've been studying diligently, meditation among other things for the past three years. Bringing myself into consistent daily practice has been my hardest point of focus. It was like trying to explain to a toddler, how to drive a space shuttle. The toddler and I don't speak the same language and I don't know the first thing about space shuttles. Training my mind without knowing what it was I was training has proven to be exhausting and discouraging. After reading MAXIMUM MEDITATION it all makes sense. In it are practical simple everyday processes that train the mind to be trained. Simple ways to train the mind to meditate. Simple explanations to difficult concepts. Anybody can reach maximum meditation and anybody who reads this book, will.

When I saw this book aimed to teach maximum meditation in 16 pages, I was truly skeptical. This book delivers, however. It's not the ultimate. What can be in 16 pages? But it has more worthwhile info than I've gathered from many long and supposedly wise works.

Awesome read. I love how well written and explanatory the book is. It totally explained what meditation is and its purpose in our lives (projection). I enjoy the fact that I can read the entire book in one sitting and easily refer back to earlier chapters to gain a greater understanding than before. Again, Awesome read! I recommend this book to all my friends who look to living a more healthy and tranquil life.
